Effective immediately, the IP Registration Department, originally under BOB, has now been carved out as an independent company: Shanghai BOB Intellectual Property Agent Co., Ltd.
Moving forward, the core business focus of the two companies will be as follows:

1.BOB Intellectual Property Service Ltd.
(abbreviated as “BOB IP Service”)
Continue to focus on intellectual property infringement investigation and protection services.

2.Shanghai BOB Intellectual Property Agent Co., Ltd.
(abbreviated as “BOB IP Agent”)
Focus on trademark as well as other IP rights registration services.

II.Uninterrupted Client Rights & Services
The existing service agreements and cooperation terms remain valid. Assigned client service staff and primary points of contact will remain unchanged.

III.Contact Information Remains Unchanged
Both companies will continue to operate from the same office for the time being, and all contact information in current use (including phone numbers and email addresses) will remain valid.
