BOB has registered and recorded IPRs at the Customs of China, being able to track the suspension of the infringing goods.What’s more,some cases are responded quickly and IPR holders can receive the report on the day the Customs issues the notice.

2	Contact service with the Customs	1) White list protection In order to reduce the suspension of genuine goods, lists of formal licensing companies will be renewed and term of validity will be renewed at any time in accordance with your instructions. 2) Information about revision of law and regulations If there are great changes on revision of law or the Customs, reporting will be in time. 3) Responses to General Customs Administration of People’s Republic of China Convey and respond contact items from General Customs Administration of People’s Republic of China 4) Responses to local Customs Convey and respond consultation from local Customs

C Suspension of infringing goods

3	Responses to suspension issued by the Customs	As your agent to the Customs, we will deal with the situation upon the receiving of the suspension notice issued by the Customs.
4	Taking photos	Since offering photos of infringing goods is not the duty of the Customs, there are Customs that don’t offer photos. When the Customs don’t offer photos or the photos offered are not clear and it’s necessary to take photos at the Customs, BOB can provide photo-taking service in China.
5	Paying securities on your behalf after the verification of infringing goods	① General Guarantee System of the Customs Every year the suspended pieces are large, General Guarantee System can be applied if the Customs approve.General Guarantee means depositing 200,000 RMB as securities in advance and not offering other securities when cases are taking place.
